Program access: You'll have access to the program portal, materials, and live call replays for 12 weeks from your enrollment date.

Step-based structure: The program includes 6 steps. Each step unlocks once you complete and submit the work for the step before it.

Private 1:1 call: Your 1:1 call becomes available after you complete Step 4 and must be scheduled and held within your 12-week program period. Calls not held within that period are forfeited.

Within 14 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund if you have completed and submitted the Step 1 work and attended at least one live Q&A and implementation call.

To request a refund, email support@cignalpartners.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line and a brief note about what didn't work for you. You'll receive a response within 2 business days.

Refunds are not available after 14 days from enrollment. If you paid with a buy now, pay later option, your refund will be issued to the provider, who will adjust or cancel your remaining installments according to their terms.
